      Good team in North America to work with

      Cons

      Unclear strategy for shift from ICE to EV or other alternative fuel. Their bet on hydrogen may be a risk, however ICE fuel tanks will still be needed in the short to mid term. Business culture from EU team is a challenge to navigate as their seems to be a lack of trust

      The pay is a little higher than other manufacturing plants.

      Cons

      There is something very seriously wrong with the place. While favoritism is everywhere, I believe it to be a serious problem in this workplace. Management is playing favorites with one individual who has a criminal history and pending drug charges. This person has emotional issues and gets into a conflict with a lot of people. Why he is still there is anybody's guess. My guess is that he supplies someone within management.
