      Excellent benefits. Respectful management. Good support from parent company in France. U.S. president works hard to create a positive environment. Investing in new technologies to stay relevant in the future. Encourages internal mobility.

      Cons

      Frequent changes in direction. Chronically underspends up front and ends up spending a lot more money and time to fix the problems later. Cumbersome processes to get anything approved.

      The pay is a little higher than other manufacturing plants.

      Cons

      There is something very seriously wrong with the place. While favoritism is everywhere, I believe it to be a serious problem in this workplace. Management is playing favorites with one individual who has a criminal history and pending drug charges. This person has emotional issues and gets into a conflict with a lot of people. Why he is still there is anybody's guess. My guess is that he supplies someone within management.
