      With a lot of staff in India, this means that commnications sometimes need to take place early morning or late at night.

      Pros

      Incredible leadership team, very open lines of communication, solid product, great benefits, leadership is respectful of work/life relationship, reasonable goals and expectations. Great focus on adding the necessary team members to meet goals.

      Cons

      The Las Vegas office is too small for the rapid growth of the company. However the company allows for remote working so it is very manageable.
