Leadership doesn't exist. They call themselves leaders but they're really just managers bossing people around. They work people to death. My whole team worked both Thanksgiving and Christmas weekends without over time pay. They advertise unlimited PTO but it's nearly impossible to take any time off. The product they sell is trash. They lie to customers about what the software does then blame it on the team when customers complain.
