Pros
Nice coworkers. Relatively relaxed when the office door is closed. I didn't like the work, but suppose working conditions are comparable to other places.
Cons
Strong hierarchy based on subject-matter studied at university, rather than ability to contribute to company. Sub-optimal level of innovation. I think the company is fine but I wasn't a very good match. The work was just too boring for me. Was asked to do unpaid work. I'm not recommending it to friends because my friends can find better jobs.
