Interdepartmental friction and demeaning language to what is deemed "low-skill" work. When "Team-player" is referred to this means ability to socialize with teammates, not your dedication to work tasks. Leadership at best guides through non-specific commentary at team meetings. Direct one on one meetings will result in no actionable feedback of how to improve or goals to be achieved.
