      If you want a stable HIGH salary, an adequate leader, a friendly team, you are welcome to OPTASY! An excellent company that appreciates and cares about its coworkers, company that will encourage and motivate you.The flexibility of managers/CEO in management is amazing! You will be told, shown and motivated, and yes, they will be cheered on constantly so that you will certainly achieve your goal! All working conditions in the company, from the work plan to the daily duties are more than adequate. The company is A+ in all respects! I recommend!

      Pros

      This is a great company for looking after its people with lots of benefits. They have alot of programmes promoting growth. Massive working team with great policies and procedures. Being a large company, with a global reach, there are plenty of opportunities for people to develop an interesting career. High stable salary and bonuses. Flexible working hours and having the benefit of Working from home. I feel I make a difference! I recommend !

      After almost a year of work, without negative incidents, is hard to find some downsides for this company.
