      - Agile working work flow - Working with cross team, and system design - Good benefit, a lot of room to grow - Great leader, care for employee opinion and encourage for new idea + innovation.

      - A lot of work load - Sometime due to different time line you must support even when you are legit leaving.

      Pros

      In my 8 months of interning at OPSWAT, the work culture stood out like no other. From the first day I was greeted and welcomed by several people around the office. I always looked forward to team/office lunches and playing ping pong with my peers. I was also able to take on important projects and regularly meet with customers and prospects. Lastly, everyone wants you to succeed, and as an intern everyone is willing to help you grow. I have learned so much throughout my two sessions as a Product Manager Intern. I would recommend this position and OPSWAT to anyone as it is a great place to work.
