      Pros

      I found management to be professional, supportive, and flexible with company protocol, which created a relaxed atmosphere in a sometimes hectic work schedule.

      Cons

      Too much employee turn-around in senior management created some instability in certain departments

      Pros

      A couple really good managers in place, very flexible, good benefits, low-pressure environment, competitive pay for the required work, exposure/training in fields outside of your title that may not be possible elsewhere

      Cons

      At times lackluster communication between the two branches, not much room for growth, lots of downtime between production which is subsequently filled with 'time killing' tasks
