Pros
I love the ability to be a present mother, help other families AND make money. It is totally possible to have a work/life balance in this company. The leadership and environment are supportive of one’s success and you can reach out to anyone for help and it is provided. I have never been in an environment where my success is as important to others as it is to me. Most work environments I have ever been in, there is limited potential for growth and the mentality that if one is successful, then they are a threat to the persons job above them. That is totally not the case here. The sky is the limit in this company. I also love that this company has changed my perspective and helped me develop into a highly effective business woman.
Cons
There really are no cons in this environment. I will say that having the right mindset is beneficial, being open to coaching/instruction so that you can maximize what is offered in this company is key. I have seen many people give up on themselves and the immense possibilities in this company because they are not willing to be honest and share that they are struggling. I had to learn this lesson myself and can say when I was willing to be vulnerable, honest and willing to implement what I had been taught, my business sky rocketed, and I was able to make in one week what I would have made in a month in my traditional job.
