Walker Coordinator/ Teams Coordinator - Anonymous employee OP3 Employee Review

Everyone who works at OP3 is extremely dedicated to their jobs, and you can see it in the work they do. I was a freelance social media coordinator and the managing partners (Colleen Healy-Fitzgerald and Erica Helphand) gave me a lot of creative freedom to plan and create what I wanted. They were very understanding with me working freelance and running the social media between school and other jobs, and never pushed me too hard. I love them!

Working remotely and freelance means I didn't get to work face-to-face with any of the team, but that was hardly an issue because everyone kept in touch via email and text message and shared photos with me to post.

OP3 has a small but wonderful and dedicated staff. Everyone is extraordinarily welcoming, and it is easy to feel at home quickly. Senior management is exceptionally organized which makes it very easy to work for them and understand their needs. You'll learn how to do your job very well in a very supportive atmosphere. They are also very respectful of work life balance. Working in events can be busy during event season, but you'll be given plenty of comp time to make up for it.

The only downside to working at OP3 is that it is a small company and as such doesn't have huge amounts of room for growth. Once you have learned your job inside and out it probably will be time to move on.
