Pros

One of the things I appreciate most about this company is the incredible leadership. They are truly world-class, demonstrating respect for employees and fostering a positive and supportive environment. The company also encourages innovation and "out-of-the-box" thinking. Instead of clinging to old ways, we're constantly seeking better solutions and the company empowers us to find and implement them. The team here is fantastic! Everyone is incredibly open and welcoming, and there's a strong emphasis on collaboration. We all work together towards a common goal and there's a genuine sense of camaraderie. Finally, the company truly values work/life balance. They understand that we have lives outside of work and offer the flexibility to manage our workloads effectively. The focus is on results, not unnecessary micromanagement.

Cons

It's important to note that this is a rapidly-growing company, so it's a dynamic environment where things are constantly evolving. If you prefer a large, established company with rigid structures and unchanging routines, this might not be the best fit. While the company is stable, it's also constantly adapting and improving, which can be challenging for some who prefer a more static environment. Also, the company thrives on employee engagement and participation. If you're someone who prefers to blend in and avoid active involvement, this might not be the right culture for you. There's an expectation that everyone will contribute to the company culture and participate in events, meetings, and initiatives.
