Amazing Company - Customer Success Supervisor OP2 Labs Employee Review

One of the things I appreciate most about this company is the incredible leadership. They are truly world-class, demonstrating respect for employees and fostering a positive and supportive environment. The company also encourages innovation and "out-of-the-box" thinking. Instead of clinging to old ways, we're constantly seeking better solutions and the company empowers us to find and implement them. The team here is fantastic! Everyone is incredibly open and welcoming, and there's a strong emphasis on collaboration. We all work together towards a common goal and there's a genuine sense of camaraderie. Finally, the company truly values work/life balance. They understand that we have lives outside of work and offer the flexibility to manage our workloads effectively. The focus is on results, not unnecessary micromanagement.

It's important to note that this is a rapidly-growing company, so it's a dynamic environment where things are constantly evolving. If you prefer a large, established company with rigid structures and unchanging routines, this might not be the best fit. While the company is stable, it's also constantly adapting and improving, which can be challenging for some who prefer a more static environment. Also, the company thrives on employee engagement and participation. If you're someone who prefers to blend in and avoid active involvement, this might not be the right culture for you. I've been at OP2 for awhile so I've seen the culture and size evolve a lot over the years. Here's what has stayed consistent: - Integrity. We're veteran-owned and have other veteran employees so we value honesty, responsibility, and ensuring we treat each other and our customers the way we want to be treated. - Ownership. Everyone owns their area of responsibility and there is no micro-management. Employees are given the tools they need to succeed then the flexibility to determine how they'll meet their objectives. - Honest, healthy debate is celebrated. Everyone welcomes challenges to their ideas because they know it's the only way to collaboratively find the best way forward. - Customer-centricity. We can't be in business without continuously providing value to our customers so that's always been a focus. We don't cut corners on the quality of our products and our customer success team (or even the CEO) will spend as much time as it takes to provide a great experience to even a single customer. Overall, it's a great company for top performers who want to be at the front of the pack. It's a small company right now which means there are tons of opportunities to provide value to help it grow even faster.

I wouldn't recommend this company for someone who is JUST looking for a job. If you somehow get hired, you probably won't last long. The company sets high but reasonable growth targets so there is very little room for mediocre performers.
