The management lacks fairness, and common sense in many things. Treatment is also biased, if need be, and if you're ok with management, they will place you somewhere nice, and people with health problems such as bad back, will be placed on bad places, even when said problems are known, and when a better spot was available that day. Payment is bad! A fair bit of racism where people from other contries will be bundled up in worse places a lot of times.
