Pros

After working at ONeil for years here are a few (of many) positive things about being employed here. Working at ONeil means you have boss who is approachable, supportive, and creates a low-stress environment. I have never dreaded opening up my laptop on a Monday morning. The employees all work well together and support each other. Working remotely makes it easier to stay productive without sacrificing your personal life.

Cons

Honestly, none that come to mind. Like any company, there's always room for improvement, but leadership is responsive and open to feedback.

Pros

The leadership team is like none other that I've worked for. Open, honest, genuine and fair. They empower their employees to do their job and value/are open to constructive feedback. They understand work/life balance and support it whole heartedly.

Cons

No cons to speak of. I truly enjoy working with everyone at O'Neil Interactive.

Pros

Work load isn't very intense and the company tries to ensure everyone has a good work life balance. The other devs are easy to talk with and are accommodating to answering questions and giving advice. The Project managers are for the most part easy to get ahold of for clarification and getting responses from the clients. When I first started I was teamed up with a more senior developer to help with the transition into their code base which I found very helpful. There will be a bit of a learning curve with the terminology you will work with since they work in a bit of a niche industry and their code base since it is completely custom, but they expect this and provide time to acclimate, which is very rare from my experience.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is the amount of PTO days offered. However, with how accommodating they are with work life balance this usually is not an issue.
