The company does not care about the support department at all. Support has been understaffed for years, this has led to a high turnover rate. The support manager does not listen to employees and is always looking for ways to flex his power. They always push back when you try to get time off. They even asked if I could possibly not go on the vacation my family had been planning for close to a year.
