      Hours are great (generally 5A-1:30P), adhere to union standards, exceptional work quality, most work is inside, and a family owned company driven by field workers who don't just feel appreciated, but are appreciated.

      Pros

      The best part of working for Onsite Woodwork is the time I wasn't there and at home with my family. My coworkers from the drafting department, listing and purchasing were great, I hope they find better soon.

      Cons

      Constant over time, no concern for personal life, no raises, stressful environment, outdated software, no individuality.
