      Pros

      The company is in industry leader. They reinvest into the business. Have a solid core group of employees that make the company go.

      Cons

      Nepotism was rampant as far as I could see in my short experience. Training was also rather light for the position for which I was hired.

      Pros

      Good people, competitive atmosphere, learn about numerous industries. Good training for future jobs and can do well if you work hard.

      Cons

      Turnover is high, people burn out a lot, management can be overly emotional and tend to base decision off emotion rather than logical thought at times.
