Company does not try to improve, they just expect sales reps to make up for anything. No real way to build a carreer Bad salary, even compared to similar local employers They dont care about employee satisfaction at all, only numbers to line their pockets Some very exploitive practices Expecting a lot for very little Having regular sales reps do management tasks for regular salaries Using SO MUCH plastic. Everything wrapped individually. Extremelly controlling and nit-picky Does not reward hard workers Some stores do not have security guards and the workers have to fend off thieves. Getting threatened by owner to remove bonuses permanently if too much had been stolen despite having been hired as sales rep and not security. Managers are funnily enough less regulated and some of them are the laziest people i have ever seen. Managers will bad mouth you to your face and behind your back if you had to stay home due to sickness. They made someone come in once with fresh stitches because the manager didnt want to come in instead. Expects uni students who work there part time to prioritize work over studies. AS A SALES REP. Just let that sink in. No late shift bonuses. Overall terrible. I wish I didnt waste years of my life working for them.
