-Made great client and co-worker relationships -Learned more about Italian luxury, and also about their sister stores -Interview process was quick and easy

- Long hours, often alone with no real lunch break - Horrible scheduling (broken promises and lots of time between stores) - Very high turnover rate, employees don't tend to stick around long - Slow career growth - Senior management is often intimidating, demanding, and lacks empathy for employees personal needs.
