Pros
Good benifits. Good pay. Great location.
Cons
I’ve been with this company long enough to see how things really operate, and unfortunately, it’s not a fair environment for employees who genuinely work hard. There’s a clear imbalance in how people are treated. Those who put in consistent effort, take initiative, and try to go above and beyond are often overlooked, while others who do the bare minimum seem to get by without any consequences. A big issue is favoritism. It feels like if you know the right people within the company, expectations suddenly become much lower. Some employees are allowed to be lazy or disengaged simply because of their connections, which creates frustration and resentment among those who are actually doing the work. Management only makes things worse. Instead of setting a strong example, many managers come across as unmotivated and, at times, disrespectful. There’s a lack of accountability, communication, and basic respect toward employees. Rather than supporting their teams or addressing issues fairly, problems are often ignored or brushed aside. Overall, the workplace culture needs serious improvement. A company should value hard work, fairness, and respect—but right now, those qualities don’t seem to be a priority here.
