Pros

Good benifits. Good pay. Great location.

Cons

I’ve been with this company long enough to see how things really operate, and unfortunately, it’s not a fair environment for employees who genuinely work hard. There’s a clear imbalance in how people are treated. Those who put in consistent effort, take initiative, and try to go above and beyond are often overlooked, while others who do the bare minimum seem to get by without any consequences. A big issue is favoritism. It feels like if you know the right people within the company, expectations suddenly become much lower. Some employees are allowed to be lazy or disengaged simply because of their connections, which creates frustration and resentment among those who are actually doing the work. Management only makes things worse. Instead of setting a strong example, many managers come across as unmotivated and, at times, disrespectful. There’s a lack of accountability, communication, and basic respect toward employees. Rather than supporting their teams or addressing issues fairly, problems are often ignored or brushed aside. Overall, the workplace culture needs serious improvement. A company should value hard work, fairness, and respect—but right now, those qualities don’t seem to be a priority here.

Pros

Good Pay and benefits, Can learn if willing .

Cons

This company has a very toxic and, in my experience, racially motivated work environment. If you're Black and ask questions or seek clarification, it's often treated as if you're being argumentative. New policies and procedures seem to be enforced selectively, with reminders and scrutiny directed primarily toward Black employees. PPE requirements are also inconsistently enforced. Things like safety glasses and closed-toe shoes are mandatory for some employees, while others are allowed to ignore the same rules without consequence. The favoritism is impossible to ignore. Certain employees can get away with behavior that would immediately get others written up or disciplined. I've witnessed situations where employees were accused of theft and faced no consequences at all, while others are held to a completely different standard. What's even more concerning is that employees can make threats toward coworkers and management still fails to take appropriate action. Instead, the person reporting the issue may end up being sent home without pay. There are also obvious disparities between shifts, where some employees appear to work less while earning more. The lack of consistency, accountability, and respect throughout the workplace creates a frustrating environment for anyone trying to do their job professionally. I could go on, but the overall experience has been disappointing. The workplace feels disorganized, unfair, and lacking in basic respect for employees.
