Pros
Great family atmosphere for a large company. Benefits are fantastic and there is stability within your job. Work/life balance is great.
Cons
Decisions are made at a very high level and even senior staff have to seek permission for pretty much all actions. There is tension as a generation retires and a new generation begins to lead. The "way it has always been done" is going to need to be challenged.
