      Pros

      Quick reaction to application - because they want you to do free work Have been hiring for a marketing role for the past 2 years but never hired anyone. Just use people to do a crazy amount of work for them on trial days without any kind of introduction to the rest of the team. Bad employers. Bad attitudes. Beware.

      This company uses applications to get full days of free work out of people who they don't intend to hire.
