Well maintained equipment. No force dispatch. Steady year round work. Always heading to US with backhaul out of US. Majority of work out and back to milton yard. Friendly atmosphere. Minimum pay guarantee.
Cons
I enjoy it but some might not like LTL(multiple deliveries/pick ups) work.
