Pros
I worked almost two years in ONE BCG and found it is very employee friendly. I have learned a lot during my stay. Team culture was very good and every senior member supports you at every situation. Manager and Team Lead treat you at same level and you can discuss every problem with them without any fear
Cons
Sometime the decision taking time is on higher side but the one should not worry about it as your senior take care of this.
