Pros

Personally: I was able to afford my own house, my own car, take vacations, pay for my all of my bills, get myself through another semester, and even pay for my health issues. The company is a roller coaster just like any other place, its called we all have emotions, I happen to wear mine on my sleeve. And all in all I have a comfortable position, and a great team. So im happy.

Cons

After reading my colleagues reviews IM DISGUSTED, you guys leave trash everywhere! How is this our companies fault? You guys pee on the floor in the bathroom, leave food under the desks, and smoke your ciggs, and YOU WONDER WHY IT SMELLS? You guys fight amongst yourselves, spread rumors, and you all have the audacity to blame the company who pays you above minimum wage? Heres an idea, STOP ACTING LIKE THIS IS A HIGH SCHOOL! GROW UP. The only con, is people who are never happy, making everyone else feel like them.

Pros

As one of the original employees of OMG, I can personally say I have experienced the peaks and valleys to their fullest. The atmosphere was positive and upbeat, and could very well be the most rewarding experience I have ever had. We sold compliantly and were extremely intrinsic of satisfying the customer's needs. It is very simple; the computers were fixed to the standards of the customer. At OMG, I was trained that the company was to never be compensated if the customer was not satisfied. We were to not "high pressure" close customers, and when necessary dismissed representatives that did not sell compliantly. Reps weren't even allowed to have pens at their desk, nor were they to have phones or store any customer info. at all. It was a generally acknowledged rule that no customer was to be overlooked or taken advantage of. We helped so many people navigate the computer. It is not easy for everyone to locate the windows key!

Cons

The biggest con of working at OMG is that the experience is no longer; What the press had failed to mention was that there are hundreds of thousands consumers that were fully satisfied. Calls were monitored for quality assurance and I can definitely guarantee that the techs took hours upon hours (even days in some cases) to properly fix the computers the right way. Anyone who was in that building knew exactly what was expected of them.
