Pros

The company seems like it has a promising future with a lot of room to grow as a business and as well as a career. I like the fact that they look inside the company to promote people. Management is great and seem to have good relationships with most employees. I love that I can just come to work and as long as I do my job nobody micromanages me. If your good at what you do there is very good compensation and plenty of ways to earn extra money with bonuses and prizes. Ultimately I think the company has potential for great things.

Cons

Building and parking are sub par but the company is relocating to a much better facility. Company is still semi new so of course has growing pains and sometimes can have lack of communication but nothing thats not expected in any company.

Pros

As one of the original employees of OMG, I can personally say I have experienced the peaks and valleys to their fullest. The atmosphere was positive and upbeat, and could very well be the most rewarding experience I have ever had. We sold compliantly and were extremely intrinsic of satisfying the customer's needs. It is very simple; the computers were fixed to the standards of the customer. At OMG, I was trained that the company was to never be compensated if the customer was not satisfied. We were to not "high pressure" close customers, and when necessary dismissed representatives that did not sell compliantly. Reps weren't even allowed to have pens at their desk, nor were they to have phones or store any customer info. at all. It was a generally acknowledged rule that no customer was to be overlooked or taken advantage of. We helped so many people navigate the computer. It is not easy for everyone to locate the windows key!

Cons

The biggest con of working at OMG is that the experience is no longer; What the press had failed to mention was that there are hundreds of thousands consumers that were fully satisfied. Calls were monitored for quality assurance and I can definitely guarantee that the techs took hours upon hours (even days in some cases) to properly fix the computers the right way. Anyone who was in that building knew exactly what was expected of them.
