      -Reputable clients: you will be able to do media planning for the most reputable clients with generous budget

      Cons

      -Long working hours: people were not working during daytime. Working overtime was common and ppl there kinda normalised or even celebrated this kind of unhealthy working style. -Rubbish management: Managers didn't know how to lead projects. Orders and directions were unclearly given. The management certainly did not accept diversity and lacked patience. Managers were not willing to train new joiners.
