      Goede HR afdeling. Grote klanten. Bekende naam in mediawereld. Goed trainee programma voor starters.

      Cons

      Als specialist wordt je erg gemanaged. 60% managers en 40% uitvoerend en dan tel ik internationaal managers niet mee. Processen intern worden vaak niet goed afgestemd, teveel mensen op account en de teams worden daardoor chaotisch. Opslag krijg je alleen bij heel hoge uitzondering.
