there are so many reasons to say here: 1.no proper management 2.every body should work for more then 8 hours, otherwise simply ceo will terminates and says poor performance. 3.need to come on saturdays and sundays...but they dont give you comp off's. 4.10 days work need to finish in 2,3 days....if not happens, he wil terminate that saying, dint completed in given time.. 5.for a project, according to SRS document, designers and developers need to give the time period, but here CEO gives you the timeline and deadline too. 6.keeping in mind,why to change the company for 3,4 months thats why everybody is working there. 7.nobody is thrown for poor performance, this company ceo is a psycho, he try to change the employee for every 2 months. 8.if 10 or 20 members are with poor performance, what about 70 members???...friends since last 6 months this ceo terminates more then 70 employees. 9.even he keep on torchar CTO too.... 10.just bcoz of this ceo a good HR and Operation Head has left the company without intimation. 11.while joining they say every month salary will be credit on 3rd but they will credit after 5th or if your task not complete means you dont get salary for 15 days. 12.ceo just thinks that, if he stop employees salary, they will work hard. but now present employees even with HR and CTO, nobody is interested to wok there. 13.he just wants daily story tellers. not hard working employees. 14.ceo strictly says that to follow hirer key, but often he breaks the rules and thinks that he is right. 15.manager dont have any work, he keep on screws everybody. he passed a rule that 3 coffees are free, and need to pay for 4th coffee. 16.they dont trust even there own shadows, keeping mikes in some places, every 5mins screen capturing, phone tapping, all stupid things happens only in om it solutions. if you do these things continuously, then no employee will work freely.
Cons
if you want to work here, you forget your family. dont see the interior part,. its a fake company.every project has been stoped there, no work there. you cant show a single project when you go out of this company.every project will change day by day by ceo without any proper things.
