      They hire the best / nicest people The work was always fun Diversity of clients is great Held up quite a bit during the pandemic

      Cons

      Lack of support for quieter people A lot of management or leadership are horrible to work with/for Creatives work life balance heavily abused. They're currently laying off tons of people.

      Some of the best people to work with.

      Cons

      Everyone is underwater and leadership has no real authority to make any changes. It used to be a great place work, but since being acquired by the Brandtech group, it's become a total disaster. Everyone's overworked, underpaid, and generally pretty miserable.
