Pros
They write fake, glowing reviews very well. Quite pathetic really. But fun to spot.
Cons
Everything. Pure exploitation and an insult to hard working creative agencies. It's all about paying as little as possible in order to maximise profit. Staff are even encouraged to upsell i.e - we can make a markup on stock photography! The disparity between creative staff and management is striking. The Dublin branch is a sinking ship with designers desperate to leave - which isn't difficult given how poor their wages are.
