They would warn you for something you did not know about rather than informing you politely.
They would warn you for something, like a missed collection, but they would sanction you with much higher caliber.
They literally make a living off free volunteers' effort. This is not a charity. This is a profit oriented business, which breaks the idea of humanitarian efforts for reducing food waste. Charity over business anytime. I do not find them moral and ethical anymore.
