there is lots to do,is hard to mention.

No process, forced overtime, threatening if you refuse to do OT. They will make you feel miserable. Lack of communication. No flexibility. You will do more then expected and there will be no appreciation. Lack of benefits, expect to be rushed to get this done all the time.

my experience was far from positive. The management lacked proper organization, which resulted in poor communication regarding projects and expectations. There was a constant pressure to perform without receiving the necessary resources or materials to complete tasks effectively. Additionally, the culture encouraged staying late until work was finished, often at the expense of work-life balance. The lack of clarity, support, and leadership made an already stressful environment even more challenging.
