      Micro-managment Unprofessional No work life balance Poor environment to work in Limited scope for promotion Owner appears to have some delusion of handier No integrity - In my experience, what they bid for and what the client gets are 2 different things

      Pros

      there is lots to do,is hard to mention.

      Cons

      No process, forced overtime, threatening if you refuse to do OT. They will make you feel miserable. Lack of communication. No flexibility. You will do more then expected and there will be no appreciation. Lack of benefits, expect to be rushed to get this done all the time.
