Caution - Anonymous employee OKI Employee Review

I was very disappointed to learn that employees haven't had raises in many years. A lot of disconnected processes that take too long. Questionable decisions are made that negatively impact near and long term success. Lack of clear direction to overcome obstacles. Poor communication to employees about important decisions seems to be an on-going issue. Even when knowledge of those decisions impact your ability to do your job. Company seems to be in crisis mode without any realistic recovery plan. No room for growth or advancement.
