Pros
Although my position is in shift basis, I still think it is a great work-life balance. My team has been supportive since the first day I onboard. For work load, it is bearable. Again, work life balance applied.
Company provided funds yearly for learning which I think is a great benefit for employees to take courses and improve their skills. I love the access to Udemy too. In terms of potential and opportunities, employees can also apply to other team. This is good for career advancement.
Cons
Onboarding day was too short. I feel like it should've extend for few days more to train employees basic workflows for different teams since it is interrelated to one another.
