      Pros

      - Work focus. So that you can easily find special points for your improvement journey - I would say benefits also good - Caring to employee

      Cons

      - Work matter is extremely strict. For local or remote, might not be a bit issue. However, as foreigners, in case they got ZTP and has been terminated, there will be a bit issue as off course cannot find another job in a month and have to go back their country in hurry.

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
