      Pros

      -Quick and smooth onboarding process. -Lots of learning opportunities and love the company's policy on supporting learning and development of employees for example they provide us with funds for learning and development. -Leadership so far so good, but then again it depends on the relevant team. -team culture is good, with plenty of fun teambuilding activities -Would definitely rate my overall experience here as good .

      Cons

      -slow to adapt changes in terms of product improvements. sometimes you might find yourself providing lots of feedback or request for improvements or enhancements and then the response is they do not have the capacity or this is not the priority

      - Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

      Cons

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
