      Pros

      Work is technically challenging, with interesting problems to solve. There is also a good chance to learn alot if you are a fresh grad.

      Cons

      Mandarin is spoken about 70% of the time, although this is team dependent. The business is more reactive than proactive, reacting to changes in the market rather than having clear goals and thesis that the company moves towards.
