      good benefits, including meal allowance, L&D budget, nice office in causeway bay

      Cons

      team changes happen a lot, lot of decisions driven by senior people in China, rest of team doesn't really know what's going on, long hours, expect to be on call and respond 24-7, quite common that team bosses send messages at 4/5 am and see how long before you respond, value long hours and loyalty

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
