Pros

- Great employee benefits - Competitive salary - Beautiful office in central location - Opportunity to attend the top events in the industry and meet lots of talented people and build connections

Cons

- Management is top down, CEO is a china man (be prepared for Chinese culture based on relationship with your bosses and narrow minded thinking for many leaders as many top management are early chinese employees with little to no international experience and refuse to learn, adapt or respect other cultures and other ways of working/ contributing) - OKX Singapore earned HR Asia's Best Companies to Work For in Asia award under Gracie but her team has only about 10 people. Positive stories refer to her small team. The Singapore office has 800+ employees total. When you apply for jobs in Singapore at OKX, it does not mean you will be in the award winning OKX SG. 99% of jobs in Singapore fall outside the "OKX SG" entity Gracie manages. Instead chances are you will fall under chinese leadership if I can even say leadership. Check other bad reviews for those examples. They are all sad but true reality of what it is; it is not the fancy award winning company for 99% of the people unless the JD says (OKX SG) and mentions MPI licensed in the team summary/ introduction.

Hello there, and thank you for sharing your feedback as it helps us to improve. We would like to clarify that the HR Asia award survey was conducted with participants across our entire Singapore office and was not limited to a specific team. We remain committed to evolving our management practices through global leadership programs to better suit our diverse workforce and thank you once again for taking the time to share your perspective.

Pros

- Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

Cons

- The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
