Pros

salary is competitive with other big techs

Cons

Culture of Favoritism: A clear divide exists between "legacy" employees and newer staff. Early joiners are often allowed to underperform, while newer hires shoulder the bulk of the workload and excessive OT. Inequitable Reward System: Performance reviews and bonuses are heavily biased toward long-term cliques rather than actual output or merit. "The more you do, the more you are exploited" is the unfortunate reality here. Leadership Gap: Management is resistant to new ideas and lacks the transparency needed for a healthy work environment. Professional growth is limited unless you belong to the inner circle.

Pros

- Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

Cons

- The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
