Pros

Company has good benefits and competitive pay and bonus. The company itself has good growth and stability

Cons

Very poor management - most of them do not have strong foundation of management, nonsense decision making skills. It is such a nightmare to work under these poor managers. If not because of company benefits, everyone has gone under their leadership and nonsense promotion. Only here can have this kind of poor leadership, they cant grow else where with their capabilities hence they will stay here forever.

Pros

- Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

Cons

- The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
