      Benefits are acceptable. and that’s all

      Cons

      Constant re-orgs just to push their own people up. Some design squad are quite toxic, with backstabbing for visibility. HRBP is useless—they're just slaves to the department head, so talking to them will only get you targeted. The head and leads do nothing but collect a massive paycheck, offering no direction, vision or support. Seriously, only join if you're good at shoe-polishing.

      - Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

      Cons

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
