      Pros

      Above average fringe benefits, decently stocked pantry, informal dress code.

      Cons

      Putting people in places where they are either not or never ready for the role. Managers who are egoistic, micro-manager, sucky communicator, lack of EQ and awareness. To top it off, finance knowledge and team management skills leaves much to be desired.

      - Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

      Cons

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
