Pros
I really enjoy my working environment. My colleagues are incredibly friendly and open to feedback and discussions. They are always there to lend a hand when needed. The team is very receptive to ideas and evaluates them fairly, giving everyone the opportunity to contribute. Additionally, the topics I work on are interesting and keep me motivated.
Cons
While the benefits could use some improvement, it's important to remember that startups are not the same as big companies. However, they are actively working to make changes and improvements.
