- Respectful communication - Multinational and multicultural company - Company language is English - Relationship between employees go beyond daily work. There are social activities and gatherings after work hours - flat hierarchy, short communication lines - you can get involved in different activities and take ownership - Unique product for satellite operation and sustainable space
Cons
Still startup flavor. It is not necessary a con. There are sometime no processes in place for specific things. But this is fine for those who want to have a dynamic atmosphere and would like to contribute :)
