A good stepping stone; able to quickly gain experience in a wide range of tasks; co-workers are friendly.
Cons
Management does not understand the industry; lack of standardized training; lack of communication between departments; employees are not nurtured nor encouraged to grow; expected to do everything and anything asked of you without question; moving up in position is not based on merit, but instead on playing favourites; unless you know korean and smoke you are left out of many important discussions that take place during "smoke breaks".
