      Pros

      - Relaxt environment, no 9 to 5 mentality in general. - Bar in every Office. - Great atmosphere! Friendly colleages! - Passionate people about their work and about IT! - Most Fun I ever had working! - Would have never left them if they'd just invested in me a bit more.

      Cons

      - For everything they give you in terms of Flexibility and Fun, they take away from you in terms of compensation. - No company Laptop for Sales people, nor a lease car or any other means of transportation. - Low pay and a joke for a compensation plan.

      Decent commission percentage, total freedom in your own truck

      Cons

      Not as much work as promised, most guys were leaving in less then three months and some within 2 weeks because of no work
